Whoever said that you need eight hours of sleep is a liar.
I need nine. Without lots of sleep... I'm groggy, slow to think, and generally unhappy. Not a big fan of that.
I think I got nine and half hours of sleep last night.
I have averaged six this week.
One night of solid sleep... though nice... hasn't offset the days before.
I'm still tired. If I were to lay back down right now... I'd pass out again.
That actually sounds really good.
Why did I think a 9AM class was a good idea?
