Some of you... alright... many of you who know me... are possibly aware that I'm working to continue my schooling in Florida. I've lived in the Northwest most of my life. I've lived here for eight straight years now. I'm long overdue for a change.
After going to Florida last year, I found my body changed. Like. Seriously. I've been cold every day since then... which is weird to me. Even today... with temps surpassing 76*F... I was wearing a jacket and feeling just fine. As I write this... in a room in the low 70s... my arms are cold. I don't know if it's physically possible to have such a shift in sensation of weather, but the end result is that I have been cold... a lot... for half a year now. Not fun.
Anyway, I found a college there that sounds pretty comparable to Multnomah, Florida Christian College. It's small, but sounds solid. The cost of the school... after living expenses... is actually lower than the cost of Multnomah while living at home. Another bonus.
So, I'm working on pulling things together to go. It's not certain yet, but I want it so bad. It's not even funny.
Well, it probably is funny to someone else. Me. I sit in excitement or agony all day long... minus the sitting part.
So... I'm trying to make money... fast... to get there. A straight up job sounds great, and I'll be looking for one. In the meantime, I'll be posting to this blog all the time. See. I'm pushing advertising (annoying, right?) as supplemental income in the meantime... along with straight up soliciting donations on the side bar.
But. I'm also gonna just say a bunch of who-knows-what... and maybe... just maybe... I'll entertain you. So. Bring your friends. The more the merrier.
